Snatch sessions
The planner reads your numbers, names the one thing capping your squat snatch and writes a session for it that fits the time you have. These are those sessions, one for each thing it can name — each in percent of your snatch, with a calculator that loads it for your max and your minutes.
A snatch session for a weak overhead
Your ceiling is overhead. The bar is not the problem — holding it is.
A snatch session for catching high
You are catching high. There are free kilos in the bottom of the squat.
A snatch session for a slow turnover
You are slow under the bar. The pull is fine; the turnover is not.
A snatch session for when your squat is strong and the lift leaks
You are strong enough. The lift is leaking on the way up.
A snatch session for when your technique is ahead of your legs
Your technique is ahead of your legs. Go and squat.
A snatch session for when nothing is out of line
Nothing is obviously out of line. Keep doing the lift, heavier.
Not sure which is yours? Tell the planner your snatch and the lifts you already know, and it names it. A lift you have not tested is left out rather than guessed.
